By joining, your little one becomes part of the PigyPigy Universe with exclusive perks, special surprises, and even opportunities to be featured in upcoming PigyPigy commercials, campaigns, or shows.

This subscription isn’t just about shoes — it’s about creating memories, celebrating imagination, and giving your child a platform to be seen. While selection for features isn’t guaranteed, every member gets early access, VIP benefits, and the pride of being part of something magical.

1. Eligibility

  • Subscription is open to parents and legal guardians of children ages 0–12.

  • By enrolling, you confirm you are the child’s parent or legal guardian and grant PigyPigy permission to feature your child in promotional opportunities if selected.

2. Subscription Details

  • The Spotlight Subscription renews monthly unless canceled.

  • Members receive:

    • Exclusive early access to PigyPigy collections.

    • VIP discounts and members-only surprises.

    • Entry into periodic opportunities for your child to be considered for PigyPigy media (TV, commercials, online features).

3. Media Feature Opportunities

  • Enrollment provides the opportunity for selection but does not guarantee media inclusion.

  • Features are chosen at the sole discretion of PigyPigy, based on brand needs, creative direction, and fairness.

  • Selected families will be contacted directly with details, and participation will require signing additional consent and release forms.

4. Content Rights

  • If your child is selected and featured, you grant PigyPigy the right to use the child’s name, likeness, image, voice, or performance in promotional materials, media campaigns, or digital platforms worldwide, in perpetuity, without additional compensation.

5. Subscription Fees

  • Monthly subscription fee: $39.99 (USD).

  • Annual subscription option: $399.00 (USD).

  • Fees are non-refundable except as required by law.

6. Cancellation Policy

  • You may cancel anytime through your customer portal.

  • Cancellations will stop future renewals, but no refunds will be issued for completed billing cycles.

7. Conduct & Fair Play

  • PigyPigy reserves the right to disqualify or remove any member for inappropriate conduct, misrepresentation, or violation of these terms.

  • All opportunities will be administered fairly, with no preference given based on purchase amount, location, or relationship with PigyPigy.

8. Liability

  • PigyPigy is not responsible for any costs associated with participation in media opportunities (e.g., travel, lodging, etc.) unless expressly stated.

  • PigyPigy assumes no liability for disputes between guardians and other third parties regarding subscription use or media participation.

9. Privacy & Safety

  • Your child’s information will be safeguarded and only used in relation to PigyPigy Spotlight activities.

  • We adhere to all applicable COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act) standards.

10. Amendments

  • PigyPigy reserves the right to update or modify these terms at any time. Subscribers will be notified of significant changes.
